  • Public Offer Agreement


    1. General Provisions and Definitions

    • 1.1. Service Provider (Administration) — Sole Proprietor Oleksandr Mykolaiovych Kryvko, duly registered in Ukraine, Tax ID No. 3063013839.
    • 1.2. User (Player) — any legally competent individual who uses the draconic.club game server.
    • 1.3. In-Game Currency (COL) — virtual game coins and/or bonuses that have no real-world monetary value outside the game server.
    • 1.4. The Virtual Currency (COL) has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game environment.
    • 1.5. Acceptance of the Offer — full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by registering an account or making a payment (Donation).

    2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

    • 2.1. Under this Agreement, the Service Provider undertakes to provide the User with services related to enhanced game functionality and access to additional gameplay features on the website (game server) https://draconic.club (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), and the User undertakes to accept and pay for such Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
    • 2.2. The Services are provided by granting the User the right to use additional virtual (digital) game inventory — the in-game currency Coin of Luck (hereinafter referred to as "COL"), which is displayed on the virtual balance of the User's game account.
    • 2.3. The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
      • - The in-game currency COL is solely an element of gameplay and is not a means of payment, electronic money, currency, financial instrument, or property within the meaning of the laws of Ukraine.
      • - The in-game currency COL has no real-world monetary value outside the game server https://draconic.club.
      • - Any payment made by the User on draconic.club constitutes payment for access to additional virtual functionality (services) of the game server and voluntary support for the development of the gaming project.
    • 2.4. The Service Provider does not exchange COL in-game currency for real money and does not provide the User with any monetary compensation.
    • 2.5. The Service shall be deemed fully and properly provided, and the Service Provider's obligations to the User shall be deemed fulfilled, upon the actual crediting of the corresponding amount of COL to the balance of the User's account or in-game character.
    • 2.6. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the value (top-up equivalent) of the COL in-game currency, the terms of its use, and the scope of the Services provided by publishing updated information on the website https://draconic.club.

    3. Payment Procedure (Donations)

    • 3.1 Payments may be made in UAH, USD, or EUR using integrated payment systems (LiqPay, etc.).
    • 3.2 The value of 1 COL is specified on the website at https://draconic.club/en/donate.
    • 3.3 COL is credited to the User's game character automatically or upon transaction confirmation by the player.

    4. Refund Policy

    • 4.1 Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all purchases of COL in-game currency and other digital benefits on https://draconic.club are final. No refunds shall be issued once the virtual currency or digital content has been successfully delivered to the User's account.
    • 4.2 Detailed terms, exceptions, and procedures applicable in the event of technical payment issues are governed by a separate document — the Refund Policy, available at the following permanent Internet address: https://draconic.club/en/refund-policy.
    • 4.3 By making a payment (Donation) on draconic.club, the User confirms that they have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the terms of the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    • 5.1 The Administration does not sell items that affect game balance.
    • 5.2 The Service Provider shall not be liable for the loss of virtual assets resulting from force majeure events, technical failures, or violations of the Server Rules by the User that lead to suspension or termination of the User's account.
